Stall & Pasture Board

All boarding includes feeding, hay, and blanketing of you horse when the weather permits. We generally feed Purina feeds including Equine Senior, Horseman's Edge, and Athlete. We use the local feed store, Griff's Home and Garden, as our supplier. They also supply Southern States and Seminole feeds. Any additional supplements or daily dewormers should be provided by the boarder. If you have multiple "dry" supplements, we prefer you use SmartPak to help the feeders.

Pasture Board includes the horses staying out in one of our group pastures during the day and night. The horses are brought into stalls at every feeding (twice a day) in order to be separated to eat and then taken back to a pasture for the rest of the day. This allows the feeders to look over each horse in order to assess their health and for feeders to put on any blankets or sheets if necessary. The price of Pasture Board is $275 per month. 50/50 Stall Board includes the horses staying in one of our 12' x 12' rubber matted stalls during the day (in summer) or during the night (in winter). This means the horses will be in the stall for 1/2 of the day and in a group pasture for the other 1/2. The price of Stall Board is $400 per month. 24/7 Full Stall Board includes the horses staying in one of our 12' x 12' rubber matted stalls during the day and night. The horses will be provided with hay and water throughout the day. The price of Full Board is $500 per month. See Below for Notes to New Boarders

Health Requirements:

1. Proof of Negative Coggins within 12 months Required.
2. Out of State horses must have a Health Certificate.
3. Vaccination Records must be with new Horse upon arrival. 
4. Required Vaccinations are:  Rabies, EWT, Flu, Rhino, West Nile Virus.
5. All new horses will be dewormed before turnout.  Owner is asked to provide a broad spectum deworner.
6. Use of a Daily dewormer is Recomended by Management.

**All new horses to the farm are required to be kept on 50/50 Stall Board the first month. This is to allow new horses to become acclimated to the pastures and the other horses for safety reasons. After one month they will be allowed to go onto full Pasture Board.

 

***Return Boarder horses may have the acclimation period board either prorated or waved depending on an individual horse by horse basis.
